Craig Russell’s novels have been translated into twenty-three languages worldwide and dramatised for television and radio. Craig was a finalist for the 2012 Bloody Scotland Crime Book of the Year and the 2013 Ellis Peters Historical Dagger. Craig’s novel The Ghosts of Altona won the 2015 Bloody Scotland Crime Book of the Year.

His Jan Fabel novels have been adapted for television and broadcast in Germany. The film version of novel 4 in the series is due to begin filming in March 2017. The rights to the Lennox series is under option to the BBC and the rights to Biblical have been acquired for a major television series in the UK and the US.

Craig will be appearing at this event with James Oswald, the author of the Inspector McLean series of crimes novels Natural Causes, The Book of Souls, The Hangman’s Song, Deadman’s Bones, Prayer for the Dead and The Damage Done. His new novel Written in Bones was published in February 2017.

James is also the author of the epic fantasy series The Ballad of Sir Benfro as well as working on comic strips, short stories and blogs.
